Jeff, good interview. I particularly liked your comment on Terry Carr. His third Year’s Best was the first anthology I ever bought and the first time I’d read Wolfe, Ellison, Farmer, LeGuin, Bester et al [though not Silverberg!]. Finding the annual was a highlight of the year. I sure miss that man though, of course, I never met him.
