		<description>Just picked up my copy of the Chabon book from the library this afternoon. Will tackle it as soon as I finish Graham Robb&#039;s exemplary DISCOVERY OF FRANCE (from the author of the best Rimbaud bio ever).

Haven&#039;t seen this kind of book (YIDDISH POLICEMEN)with crossover appeal in awhile. Hope it lives up to its lofty reputation.
