Episode 2: Live with Gary Wolfe!

In the second of our regular series of weekly podcasts Gary Wolfe and I discuss canon formation, Joanna Russ, and all sorts of other stuff.  It’s kinda long. I accidentally messed up the first take so this actually is a complete re-recording. We hope you like it. Right now we plan to do this pretty much every week. Comments are welcome!

On the Sofa…

Yesterday afternoon/morning (depending on your time zones) Cheryl Morgan and I joined the indefatigable Tony C. Smith on the sofa over at StarShip Sofa to discuss the Hugo voter pack, voting, the honor of nomination, and the fun of handicapping the awards.  We’d hoped to cover things in fifteen minutes, but it was so much fun it took a bit longer than that.  The ‘Hugo Special’ is online now.

On Subterranean Magazine and an editor’s living…

A new monologue from the Morley Bunker of the Coode Street global conglomerate wherein I discuss:

1. Intro
2. Subterranean Magazine [00.45 secs]
3. Making a living as a freelance anthologist [03:00 mins]

I make particular mention of fine new stories by Maureen F. McHugh, Tom Holt and Gord Sellar at Subterranean Magazine, a publication and publisher well worth your support.
