New Greg Egan novel
Greg Egan has sold a new science fiction novel, Incandescence, to Gollancz. The book will be published in May 2008. No US edition seems to have been announced yet. You can read related story “Riding the Crocodile” to get a taste for the book.

Yippeee. “I loved Riding the Crocodile”. I can’t wait for the book.
God, more than a year away! “Riding the Crocodile” was indeed excellent and I’m keen to see that world explored at greater length. I’d wish for the ability to reduce my clock speed/hibernate until it comes out except then I’d miss Spook Country, and I see Richard Morgan has a couple of new books out soon…
