Shawna McCarthy’s Realms of Fantasy is often overlooked when we discuss the best magazines in the field, yet since the first issue appeared back in October 1994, she has worked to develop the magazine into one of the best sources of original fantasy being published. When SF Age went under, I had the remainder of my sub switched to Realms of Fantasy. I liked enough of the stories that I have been renewing ever since. I hope this promotion helps their circulation.
