…has not been a fun day. Stupid work problems combine with frustrating family ones. Jessica (age 7) was supposed to have an EEG today. She was kept up till 11pm last night, then kicked out of bed at 5am so that she would be sleepy enough to give a sleeping EEG to. She didn’t comply. We’ll have to do it again, and that means Marianne loses out on sleep too. Not sof good.

I’ve been having fun today looking for your upcoming book ” The Year’s Best Science Fiction and Fantasy vol. 2.” Being in Canada, I was using online booksellers Amazon.ca and also Chapters/indigo online, the two biggies here.Couldn’t find it under either the title or your name. So I e-mailed Chapters to see what was what. They e-mailed back. They said they were not aware of such book but oh by the way, we do have such a title listed as by Holly Black. I checked this one out and sure enough it is your book. So finally I can place an order for it. Just thought you should know. Oh! I also let them know of their mistake.I have not bothered to pursue this with Amazon.ca. Hope your days ahead improve.
